duurbin.com will arrange the pick up of to be exchange from the delivery location with an extra charge to you and the items to return from delivery location at an extra cost depending on the distance and weight and the size of items to be returned. Such pickups will be made subject to inspection of products for return. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of approval of the products returned at duurbin.com. Exchange/Returns are limited to products returned in undamaged condition and in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Perishable items can not be returned. For example: All Kacha Bazaar, Fast Foods, Any other types of food, Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, fruits, meat, vegetables, Chocolates and others. Refunds will be given back to the form it was received.
